Below is a list of possible reasons for returning our products ( at least that's what we could think of!). However, you will not be able to return your item if you have a ''change of mind'' !

Store Purchase: Return within 7 days from the date of purchase of product(s).

Online Purchase: Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the SP Lighting online store (www.splighting.com.my). Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st Jan, please return the product(s) shipping it to our warehouse by 7th Jan.

Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.

For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.

For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.

Time Limit for Return

You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the payment receipt or proof of purchase.

Defect

We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through website. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the website are accurate or error free.

Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this color variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.

Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect. There might be 1cm-5cm differences in the measurements given due to manual measurement and handmade by worker.

Minor imperfection (small dent/ small scratch surface below 5cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account, credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies as well as local finance processing time.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refundable if items received is defective and wrong product.
